Using the ffa4u Platform

01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ffa4u, an online entertainment platform managed and operated by a registered and licensed company. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by ffa4u.

By accessing or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours.

02 Account Eligibility and Registration

To use ffa4u services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activity.
• Registering as an individual and not as a representative of a company or other entity.
• Have never been banned or suspended from the ffa4u platform previously.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ffa4u reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure the validity of the information provided. This process includes valid identification documents such as a national ID, passport, or driver's license.

Each user is only permitted to register one account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual — whether through IP address, device, banking details, or any other means — all associated accounts will be suspended without notice and credit balances will not be refunded.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Ffa4u supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including internet banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital payment options. All financial transactions are processed through a secure integrated encryption system.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the deposit page and is subject to change from time to time.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Ffa4u does not accept third-party deposits. Any such attempt will be declined and the funds returned.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on your account page.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen method and current volume.
• Withdrawals to a bank account or digital wallet must be made using the same name registered on your ffa4u account.

04 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

Ffa4u offers a variety of bonuses to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP programme rewards. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is approved.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Ffa4u reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse, including hedging bets or coordinating activity across multiple accounts.
• The expiry date for each bonus is as stated in its respective promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

05 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered at ffa4u use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an accredited independent audit body. This ensures that every round, spin, or bet produces a genuinely random and fair outcome.

You agree not to engage in the following activities while using the platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the betting system or live games.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or other unethical conduct.

Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and possible legal proceedings.

06 Privacy, Security and Data Protection

Ffa4u values the privacy and security of user data. All personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Privacy Policy that complies with applicable data protection legislation.

You are responsible for:

• Ensure your account password is strong and not shared with anyone.
• Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
• Update your account information whenever your personal details change.

07 Responsible Gaming

Ffa4u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or losses resulting from gambling activity.

09 Account Termination and Closure

You may close your ffa4u account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and no withdrawals may be pending.

Ffa4u reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during the registration or KYC process.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards our support staff.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ffa4u is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant regulatory body.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be voided without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
